Kanji Tutor is beta software, made by Bivia.
By logging in and using the service, you agree to these terms and conditions. If you do not agree, do not log in. That’s OK, too.
Kanji Tutor uses only necessary cookies. We don’t track you, we don’t have ads, we don’t have anything you need to opt into or out of. You’re here to do some interesting things with kanji, and the cookies we set are about making that happen.
We have created Kanji Tutor for our own use, and we make it available to other people who might also find it useful. It is free for your personal use, and always will be. We make no claims that it is suitable for your use, and we make no guarantees about data preservation. Since we are using the same software you are, we will experience the same features and data problems you experience; we’re in the same boat, but your needs and requirements may differ from ours and if that is a problem then you might want to find other, more polished software to use. You can always export your library data (available on the Account Settings page), so you can be in charge of your back-ups and moving data to other services if you like.
Since Kanji Tutor is beta software, we’re still working on it. That means things may change from time to time, and we hope that means it’s getting better but we can’t guarantee that. If you have bug reports or ideas about how it can be made better, send them to kanjitutor@bivia.com — we read every email. If you send an idea, you give us permission to use the idea without any compensation, but also we do not guarantee that we will use every idea sent to us. We’re more interested in learning kanji than building software, so sometimes even good ideas get skipped.
